These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and laebet (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at laebet.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on laebet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through laebet, including but not limited to sports betting (football, UFC, Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, esports betting, and any promotional offers made available to registered players.

laebet operates under international online gaming licensing. Players are individually responsible for determining whether access to and use of this platform is lawful in their jurisdiction, including compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an account on laebet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. laebet strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Any account found to have been created by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal structures are not permitted to hold Player accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through laebet or by any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of laebet or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or payment processors.
• You must have only one (1) registered account. Duplicate accounts — whether in the same name or otherwise linked — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

Account registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. laebet reserves the right to verify all submitted information against independent data sources.

KYC documentation will be required prior to the processing of any withdrawal request, upon reaching a cumulative deposit threshold, or at any time the Company deems it necessary for compliance purposes. Acceptable identity documents include:

• Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad)
• Valid passport (for non-citizens or dual nationals)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Source of funds documentation, where requested in higher-risk cases

Players are responsible for keeping their account information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Each Player is permitted to hold one account only. laebet employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. Players found to operate multiple accounts will have all associated accounts suspended and balances reviewed.

By accessing laebet, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves risk. There is no guarantee of profit, and you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit.
• You are accessing the platform on your own volition and entirely at your own risk.
• You will not use the platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate or providing advisory services to third parties based on activity within the platform.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or its underlying systems.
• You will not use any third-party software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets, access data, or interact with the platform in any way not explicitly sanctioned by laebet.
• Your use of the platform and any disputes arising therefrom are governed by these Terms and applicable international gaming regulations under which laebet operates.

laebet reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other legitimate operational reason.

All transactions on laebet are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless the Player selects a cryptocurrency option, in which case the equivalent MYR value applies at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.

Deposits: The following minimum deposit thresholds apply:

• RM 50 minimum for Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank transfers
• RM 100 minimum for cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT)
• RM 50 minimum for Visa / Mastercard transactions

Deposits are generally credited to Player accounts in real time. laebet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• DuitNow withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Touch 'n Go eWallet and FPX transfers are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank may take up to one business day during peak periods.
• Players must wager the full deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal is permitted. This requirement applies to real-money deposits not associated with any bonus.
• laebet reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing withdrawals above RM 5,000 or in circumstances where the transaction triggers compliance review procedures.

laebet does not accept deposits from or issue withdrawals to third-party accounts, joint accounts, or anonymous payment methods. Any deposits received from such sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.

laebet offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general provisions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Welcome Bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per eligible account. Players must select their preferred welcome offer at the point of their first deposit.
• Wagering Requirements vary by offer. The 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement; the 100% Standard Deposit Bonus requires 10x; the 188% Esports Bonus requires 18x. The 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus carries no wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the individual bonus terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be forfeited at the end of the validity period.
• Certain games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are detailed in each bonus's terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• laebet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players will be notified of changes where materially adverse to their interests.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated wagering, multi-accounting, or any form of arbitrage is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and permanent account suspension.

All bets placed on laebet are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules prior to placing any wager. The following general provisions apply:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Odds may change between the time a bet is initiated and confirmed; the confirmed odds will apply.
• laebet reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious error in odds or game information. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by event, market, and account tier. VIP players may be granted higher limits at the Company's discretion.
• For Asian Handicap and Mix Parlay bets — popular among Malaysian football bettors on Liga Super Malaysia and EPL markets — the specific handicap and parlay rules published on the platform shall apply. Players should confirm all selections before submitting a parlay.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and system availability. laebet accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to technical issues outside the Company's reasonable control.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game processes conducted in real time in licensed studios. All outcomes are final once a game round is completed.
• Slot game results are governed by the published RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each title. RTP figures are statistical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

laebet is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and fraud-free gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other competitive game format.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Employing any software, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, analyse odds, or interact with the platform without express written authorisation from laebet.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds in one account to transfer value to another account.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or misconfigurations in the platform. Players must report any such error immediately and may not profit from it.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of legitimising proceeds from any unlawful activity. laebet complies with applicable AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with a payment provider while retaining gaming activity value. Any Player who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will have their account permanently suspended and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
• VPN or Proxy Misuse: Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.

laebet employs real-time monitoring, pattern analysis, and manual review processes to detect and investigate prohibited conduct. Players found in breach of this section will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action.

laebet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that a small number of players may experience difficulties managing their gambling activity and we provide the following tools to help:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds per rolling period, configurable from the Player's account.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of one week, one month, six months, one year, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During exclusion, laebet will not send marketing communications to the affected account.

All content published on the laebet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, data compilations, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of laebet or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable international copyright and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any platform content;
• Create derivative works based on any part of the platform;
• Use any laebet branding, trademarks, or intellectual property for any commercial purpose;
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the platform by any means.

Any unauthorised use of laebet's intellectual property will result in immediate account suspension and may be subject to civil or criminal legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, laebet and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, savings, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Interruption of service, system outages, or delays caused by events outside laebet's reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, cyberattacks, network failures, or regulatory actions);
• Any errors or omissions in game outcomes, odds, or statistical data, except where such errors arise from the Company's own gross negligence;
• Losses arising from the use of the platform in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, laebet's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of that Player's account balance at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in this clause shall limit laebet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by laebet is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

By creating a laebet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, and (with your express consent) direct marketing.

laebet applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted to and from the platform and maintains strict internal access controls to protect Player data from unauthorised disclosure.

laebet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including modifications to eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions, or Player rights — laebet will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via the registered email address associated with your account and by publishing a notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date and version number, is always displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which laebet holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, Players should first contact laebet's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures.

Nothing in this clause limits laebet's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened breach of these Terms.
